Pass-through token prices. One fee, at top-up.
Token pricing
Tokens are billed at the upstream provider's own per-token price — no per-token markup. Non-EUR prices are converted to EUR daily plus a 1% conversion buffer (how the conversion works). Cached prompt tokens cost the upstream's cached rate; failed requests with no upstream charge cost nothing.
Top-up fees
You pre-pay EUR credits, and the credit purchase carries our only two fees: a payment processing fee (8%, min €0.75) and the LowRouter fee (1.5%). The same breakdown is itemized at checkout before you pay:

- VAT is added at checkout by Stripe, the seller of record; businesses with a valid EU VAT number are reverse-charged.
- Top-ups: €5.00 minimum, €100.00 per purchase for new accounts (the cap rises with purchase history).
- Credits are valid 12 months from purchase. No subscription, no seats — an idle account costs nothing.
